About Shining Stars Learning Center
Statement of Purpose and Program Philosophy
Shining Stars Learning Center is a multi-aged center geared to meet the developmental needs of children from ages 1 month to 7 years. We believe each child is unique and aim to meet their physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs. These needs will be met based on the child's interest, abilities, culture and learning style.
Shining Stars Learning Center has been in operation since 2001 and is licensed by the Office of Child Care Services. We offer programs for children ranging in age from one month to 9-1/2 years.
Parents and Families play an important role in the success of their children in Day Care. We believe having close parent to teacher relationships is the key to this success. Throughout the year we will have several Family "Get Togethers", Including Pot Luck Dinners, Holiday Parties, Parent/Teacher Nights, Summer Picnics and a few field trips during the school day. We encourage Parent involvement each day, which could be as simple as chatting with your child and his/her friend at drop-off and pick-up or staying a few extra minutes to play with building blocks. This will mean the world to your child. We also have the opportunity for you to chaperone field trips. The staff of Shining Stars Learning Center is dedicated to bringing the joy of learning to your child.
Tuition
Preschool (all day) - $5 an hour
Preschool Program - $25 a day
Toddlers - $5.50 an hour
Infants - $5.75 an hour
10 hour minimum each week
